
FUSION Solutions Sales Sheets
Customized Solution Sales Sheets are a part of the FUSION toolset that allow VARs to customize 1-page sales sheets about hardware, software and/or services that highlight the applications they resell. The intention is to provide VARs with a fast and easy way to design a customized, professional looking 1-page document that can be easily distributed to their customers and prospects.
Sales Sheets are created by the Vendor, ISV, or FUSION marketing departments in PDF, Photoshop, InDesign, or Quark. The sheets are designed with extra white space for the VAR to add its logo and company text.
VARs can review all Solution Sales Sheets pertinent to the solutions they resell in real time online. This includes both “core” and “snap-on” bundles that match up with their applications. Once the VAR approves a final draft of the Sales Sheet, they can have it sent to them in PDF format via e-mail. The VAR can then e-mail, mail, or fax the Sales Sheets to their customers and prospects.
After FUSION receives the sheets from the Vendors and ISVs, they are put into a template form, and loaded into the FUSION Partners’ Portal. The new template will reside in all areas of the portal where the content of the Sales Sheet is part of the total solution. For example, the Solution Sales Sheet on the Debit/Credit Transaction Bundle would appear in all portions of the Portals where POS is highlighted. This would include both the Retail and Hospitality Partners Portals.
VARs can use the Solution Sales Sheets to “brand themselves by:
- Advertising promotion pricing for hardware, software and/or service bundles.
- Educating their customers about the features and functionality of hardware, software and/or service offerings.
- Recruiting end-users to their FUSION sponsored Webinars, seminars, or Lunch and Learns.
- Explaining the ROI of the solutions they sell with the use of printed ROI configurators.
