This should be ample time to learn basic sales processes, and to get your system authorizing credit cards via the integrated TSYS Payment Processing gateway.
With all the great documentation that Microsoft provides with your software, you may be quite comfortable learning the rest of the system features on your own. However, if you would prefer live, one-on-one training from a software expert, or you would like access to 24/7 technical support with after-hours emergency assistance, you can increase the initial 2 hours of support time by upgrading to one of the optional “Flex-Time Plans” from Tri-City Retail Systems. Flex-Time Plans can be used for end-user software support, additional training, or for diagnosing hardware issues.
